L Location: Across Punjab Role: Team Leader – Field Sales Industry: Sales & Distribution Team Size: 10–20 Field Sales Executives (varies by region) Key Responsibilities: Lead, guide, and monitor a team of Field Sales Executives in assigned areas of Punjab. Track daily attendance, movement, and performance of sales associates. Ensure timely enrollments , market mapping , and order collection by the team. Conduct regular field visits to support and audit the team’s work. Analyze sales data and share daily/weekly reports with senior management. Provide training, motivation, and performance feedback to team members. Resolve issues faced by the team in the field and ensure smooth operations. Act as a communication bridge between the ground team and management.
